Responsibilities
* To attend initial skill-based knowledge sessions in the office to enhance your knowledge
* To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed
* To speak with members of the public within face to face event environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of your client
* To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them
Qualifications
* While customer-facing experience can be an advantage, it isn’t necessary to succeed — our client values applicants from a wide range of backgrounds
* Must be willing and able to commute daily in London
* Must have great English speaking skills and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
