What We Offer
* £12.81 to £13.13 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
* Assist residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
* Follow individualized care plans and provide hands‑on support.
* Monitor residents’ health, flag concerns to clinical staff, and support communication with families.
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment in collaboration with housekeeping.
* Provide nutritional assistance and help with mealtimes.
* Encourage social interaction and create a warm atmosphere.
Qualifications & Experience
* SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care preferred.
* Minimum 6 months experience as a Care Assistant desirable; passion and transferable skills welcomed.
* Integrity, respect, teamwork, and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
