Our clients busy Dispute Resolution Team in Newport specialises in Commercial and Civil Disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, Debt recovery and Neighbour disputes.
Responsibilities:
* To provide a caring, quality service to the firms clients in accordance with the plans of the firm
* To seek awareness of applicable law, solutions and remedies funding and compliance
* To conduct own cases and assist partners in providing advice and representation to the firms clients.
* Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 4 plus years PQE
* Sound knowledge of all usual Dispute Resolution areas
* Experience in client development and meetings
* Confident communication skills with clients and potential clients
* Ability to manage own workflows
