An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newHead of Customer Training & Sales, you will lead and take fully accountability for the Customer Training portfolio of customers promoting and developing the Customer Value Proposition.Developing and leading a national sales team to increase share of customer wallet, biased towards new business development tasked with doubling EBITDA and enhancing margin over a three-year period to drive our Velocity Strategy!
What youll need:
* Strong understanding of the construction industry's compliance and skills landscape.
* Demonstrated success in developing and scaling training or service-based sales.
* Inspirational leader with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value-led solutions that make a difference.
* Commercially savvy with the ability to build long-term, value-driven client relationships
