Are you a proactive and adaptable individual looking to make a real impact in the classroom? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor to lead and inspire students during the short-term absence of teaching staff. In this fast-paced role, you will manage classroom behavior, facilitate pre-set lesson plans across various subjects, and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.
Beyond the classroom, you’ll assist in preparing specialist resources and maintaining vital progress records. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who can balance the authority of a leader with the empathy of a mentor.
