The Hourglass is a busy, welcoming pub and restaurant set beside the Kennet & Avon Canal in Devizes, attracting local residents, walkers, and marina visitors. It features a spacious single-room layout with the bar to the right on entry and seating for around 70 covers, including a snug for quieter visits.

The site is currently trading approx. £8,000 per week on a 50/50 split. We will be converting this site over to our Community Menu with an associated capex.
