About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children in Nursery and Early Years settings. You will play a vital role in helping children develop socially, emotionally, and academically through play-based learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
You’ll be working in supportive environments that value child-led learning, inclusion, and positive relationships.

* Start Date: ASAP (flexible to suit you)
* Role Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
* Pay: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Your Responsibilities
* Support children aged 3–5 within a Nursery/EYFS setting
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities aligned with EYFS
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development
* Observe, record, and contribute to children’s progress and learning journeys
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with teachers, EYFS leads, and parents/carers

What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
* A genuine passion for early childhood development
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework
* Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Experience supporting children with additional needs (ASD, SEMH, or speech and language) is desirable but not essential.
