The Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Language, English Literature, and Media Studies across Key Stages 3 5.
* Develop and deliver a varied and engaging curriculum, incorporating both traditional texts and contemporary media.
* Encourage critical thinking, digital literacy, and analytical skills through creative teaching strategies.
* Support student achievement through effective planning, assessment, and feedback.
* Contribute to extracurricular initiatives, such as media clubs, school publications, film projects, and creative writing groups.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and support cross-curricular learning.
