Job Title: Full-time Sales Representative
Salary Structure: Base Salary + 3% Commission for each completed deal.
Base Salary: £26,000 Annually
Minimum target: 1-4 deals per month
Working Location: Flexible — to be discussed, as we are expanding nationally.

Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct field door-to-door sales targeting end residential customers;
* Visit communities and residential areas, participate in offline events, and promote products.
* Follow up on sales leads via phone, email, and social media channels;
* Drive contract signing and coordinate the installation process;
* Maintain customer satisfaction, record sales data, and provide market feedback.
Job Requirements:
* Able to adapt to field sales environments with strong stress tolerance and resilience.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
