Health & Safety Advisor duties include -
Maintain HSE policies in line with UK legislation and company standards.
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across site operations.
Investigate incidents, identifying root cause and implementing corrective actions.
Track environmental performance and produce reports for senior management.
Manage emergency response plans and coordinate drills.
Support site teams and deputise for the HSE Manager when required.
Health & Safety Advisor desirable skills and experience -
Experience in a similar role (HSE Advisor, Health & Safety Officer etc).
Strong environmental exposure within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Systems experience including ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 18001.
Relevant qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent.
