This isn’t just about making calls it’s about forging relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses transform how they communicate. Identify, engage, and convert new business leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, sector networking, referrals Deeply understand a client’s telecoms challenges (broadband, VoIP, data, unified comms etc.) and propose bespoke solutions Lead full sales cycles: demo / proposals / negotiation / contract closing Own your pipeline in our CRM; forecast, report, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and support teams once the customer is won Stay sharp: keep up with telecoms market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, etc What We’re Looking For Proven track record in B2B telecoms sales — whether you’ve sold connectivity, VoIP, unified comms, leased lines, or similar History of meeting/exceeding targets, and ambition to push beyond them Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; able to engage with decision-makers at all levels Self-starter mindset; resilient and motivated in a fast-paced environment Organised, reliable, CRM-savvy, with good pipeline management skills Why You’ll Love Working With Us We believe in rewarding performance, investing in our people, and providing an environment where you can grow.
