What You'll Be Doing
You will be a key driver of growth in our B2B telecoms division. This isn't just about making calls it's about forging relationships, closing deals, and helping businesses transform how they communicate.
* Identify, engage, and convert new business leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, sector networking, referrals
* Deeply understand a client's telecoms challenges (broadband, VoIP, data, unified comms etc.) and propose bespoke solutions
* Lead full sales cycles: demo / proposals / negotiation / contract closing
* Own your pipeline in our CRM; forecast, report, and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
* Ensure smooth handover to onboarding and support teams once the customer is won
* Stay sharp: keep up with telecoms market trends, competitor offerings, regulatory changes, etc
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B telecoms sales — whether you've sold connectivity, VoIP, unified comms, leased lines, or similar
* History of meeting/exceeding targets, and ambition to push beyond them
* Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills; able to engage with decision-makers at all levels
* Self-starter mindset; resilient and motivated in a fast-paced environment
* Organised, reliable, CRM-savvy, with good pipeline management skills
