Position: Registered Home Manager
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE) + Excellent added bonuses!

Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Registered Home Manager to join a well established, medium sized nursing home located in the heart of Sleaford. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager to join a compassionate team that delivers outstanding nursing, residential, and dementia care. Responsibilities as a Registered Home Manager:
* Oversee the smooth and effective daily running of the home
* Ensure compliance with CQC and NMC standards and regulations
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff to maintain a high-quality care environment
* Deliver and monitor safe, person-centred care at all times
Requirements as a Registered Home Manager:
* Previous management experience within a residential/nursing home setting
* NMC Pin preferred OR NVQ Level3 & willingness to study for NVQ 5/7
