Senior Cost Managers

About the role:
Salter Grange is seeking skilled and experienced Senior Cost Managers at all levels to work on several Projects across the UK. This role would need someone with consultancy experience, they are looking to add to many teams and would be especially interested in seeing people with a Healthcare, Major projects, and the ability to get SC cleared.
Key responsibilities:
* Deliver pre- and post-contract cost management services
* Provide detailed cost estimates, budget planning, and procurement advice
* Lead value engineering and change management
* Support contract administration and risk mitigation
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams
* Produce cost reports and track project financials through all phases
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Experience working within a consultancy
* Strong communication and client-facing skills
* Proficient in tools such as CostX, Excel, and MS Project
