Contract Type
18-month Fixed Term Contract – 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to departmental colleagues, including procurement, insurance, social value, risk management, supplier services and executive support.
* Prepare data and reports as required.
* Maintain the department's systems, databases and record‑keeping.
* Respond to inbound telephone calls and manage outgoing and incoming mail.
* Manage office stocks of stationery and consumables.
* Communicate effectively with all customers, internal and external to the Group.
* Ensure security and strict confidentiality.
* Comply with the Equal Opportunities Policy and Procedure in all employment practices.
* Ability to manage own workload and work independently.
Qualifications
* Ready to complete the Business Administration Level 3 qualification – full study support will be provided.
* GCSE/equivalent in Maths and English (can be completed alongside the qualification if not yet obtained).
* Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel.
* Basic administration skills.
* Excellent customer service skills.
