On Offer: Competitive salary Clear progression opportunities 34 days holidays Team lunches Dress down Fridays About You Experience in accounts preparation and bookkeeping, with strong attention to detail Comfortable with accounting principles and maintaining accurate financial records Proficient in Excel and familiar with accounting software (we currently use Sage) Appropriate qualification is a bonus (Part-qualified / QBE / IATI), but experience is more important Excellent organisational skills and team-focused mindset About Your New Role Always: Support the Finance team with day-to-day operations, including transaction processing and reconciliations Maintain accurate customer and supplier ledgers Deliver monthly management accounts, including PL analysis and Balance Sheet reconciliation Prepare VAT returns and maintain Fixed Asset registers Build trusted relationships with colleagues and internal stakeholders Often: Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and gather information Assist with year-end file preparation and reporting Contribute to team discussions around workflow, processes, and improvements Support colleagues across UK and Irish entities Occasionally: Assist with ad hoc projects or special finance assignments Attend internal or client-facing meetings alongside senior team members Never: Feel like your work goes unnoticed Juggle flaming spreadsheets while blindfolded
