We're looking for an outstanding Store Manager to join our The North Face team based in Braintree.
Please note this is a 12-month contract to cover maternity leave.
As a Store Manager, you will lead and nurture a team, whilst displaying your own initiative to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

How you'll make a difference
Our Store Managers are expected to:
1. Lead, motivate, and mentor your store team to prioritize the customer experience.
2. Implement and improve retail processes.
3. Manage operational procedures such as inventory and P&L.
4. Report performance metrics and understand KPIs to enhance store results.
5. Ensure the store's appearance aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.
What makes you the perfect Store Manager?
You should:
1. Enjoy interacting with customers and helping them find the right products.
2. Be resilient, self-driven, and capable of developing a passionate team.
3. Have experience in store operations, budgeting, planning, and merchandising.
4. Possess excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
5. Be proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
6. Be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
