Role Summary
The Finance Transformation programme involves implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP suite for Financials, Procurement, and Recruitment over 18 months, building on existing Oracle HCM tools. This transformation aims to enhance Finance and wider Bank operations. The programme manages change and configures Oracle tools.
Responsibilities
We seek an OCI Platform Admin Engineer to join the Programme Management team, supporting cloud infrastructure management, working alongside a talented team, reporting to the Technology ERP Platform Lead. The role offers significant learning opportunities due to its scale, complexity, and use of Cloud applications and services.
The candidate should be skilled in Oracle Cloud solutions and support services including:
* Managing cloud infrastructure: VMs, storage, networking.
* Implementing and managing OCI PaaS and SaaS services.
* Optimizing OCI services to meet requirements.
* Using container platforms like Kubernetes.
* Managing backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Configuring, auditing, and monitoring OCI environment performance.
* Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
* Developing automation processes for infrastructure management.
* Controlling costs by understanding billing drivers and optimizing resource use.
* Collaborating with IT teams and external partners to ensure OCI meets organizational needs.
