What you will do: As an HR Generalist,youllplay a key role in shaping a fair, consistent and peoplecentred HR environment. You will manage ER casework, guiding managers on best practice, and supporting conciliation and early dispute resolution. Alongside this, you will get the chance to lead policy development, strengthen HR processes, and collaborate with Global HRBPs to deliver continuous improvement across the site. Key ResponsibilitiesInclude: Employee Relations & Case Management Manage a range of employee relations cases, ensuring fair,timelyand legally compliant outcomes Provide guidance to managers on HR policies,proceduresand best practice Support early dispute resolution, including conciliation discussions and informal mediation Liaise with external legal advisors whererequired Build strong relationships with Trade Union representatives and support collective discussions HR Policy, Process & Compliance Lead the creation, review and updating of HR policies, ensuring alignment with UK legislation and global HR standards Maintain and improve HR process flows,SOPsand documentation Ensure consistent application of HR processes across the UK manufacturing site Support audits and compliance activities as needed Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Partner with Global HRBPs to support local IT,Financeand other functional teams Support organisational changes, workforceplanningand talent initiatives Identifyopportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience PromoteNexperiasculture,valuesand ways of working What you will need Essential requirements:?
