We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE of £80,000 and a company car! You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, fostering manufacturer relationships, ensuring the operational excellence of both our BYD dealership and Ford Aftersales departments, while driving finance and cost control and of course people management. You must have strong leadership skills and a track record to prove so, as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, while ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure that everyone works in a professional and safe environment. You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to our customers that meet their needs, protect them from harm, and encourage long-term loyalty. You must act with integrity at all times and build trust. You will have a strong track record as a General Manager within the sector, with proven success in new and used vehicle sales and a drive to achieve excellence by delivering both financial and customer-centric results. Working closely with our colleagues in the business to build long-term customer loyalty is, as ever, our goal.
