Nestled in the vibrant village of Stroud, this beautifully designed boutique hotel offers a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef to join a 2 AA Rosette kitchen known for its seasonal, modern British cuisine.
With a new Head Chef bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team, this is an exciting time to step into a role where you can develop, contribute creatively, and be part of a kitchen that’s continuing to evolve while maintaining its strong reputation. This position would also suit a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.

1. £38,000 per annum plus £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as a Junior Sous Chef…
6. Assisting the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
7. Taking responsibility for sections and supporting the team during busy services
8. Ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and standards
9. Contributing ideas towards menu development and seasonal dishes
10. Supporting the training and development of junior team members
