We're looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Lead to take ownership of acquisition and retention strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and sales across our UK brands.

This is a 9-month fixed-term contract with real impact-overseeing a multi-million-pound budget, leading agency partnerships, and ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable growth and brand relevance.

This role is being offered as a 9-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave and will involve hybrid working from our Croxley Park office in Watford 2 days a week.

As the Digital Performance Marketing Lead, you will:
1. Own and execute the performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, affiliates, display/programmatic, and emerging digital channels.
2. Joint responsibility for a £6m+ budget, building detailed channel and campaign plans to maximise ROI.
3. Act as the first point of contact for external agencies and tech partners, driving best practice and innovation.
4. Use first-party data and advanced targeting to boost efficiency and relevance.
