On behalf of Tesco IMS, AMS are now looking for a Senior Identity & Access Manager for a 6-month contract based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office on a hybrid model (1 day/week on site).

About the Role
The Senior Identity & Access Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering a foundational IAM programme, supporting and ensuring the successful delivery of key security initiatives.
The programme involves implementing and maturing Saviynt (SaaS IAM solution) and CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM). The Security Identity and Access Manager will oversee and manage the third-party provider, ensuring solutions are delivered to the expected financial services standard.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Identity and Access Manager:
* To support and deliver an important IAM programme and mature IAM capabilities across the organisation.
* To manage third-party solutions, with the technical depth to challenge and guide delivery.
* Oversee third-party delivery of Saviynt and CyberArk solutions.
* Ensure processes and governance frameworks are robust, scalable and aligned with FS-level expectations.
* Provide technical insight and guidance, suggesting alternative options where appropriate.
* Act as a point of contact for IAM-related issues, ensuring smooth delivery of this critical programme.
Skills and Qualifications required:
* Demonstrable proven track record in Identity & Access Management at a senior level.
* Knowledge of Saviynt (SaaS IAM solution) and CyberArk PAM.
* Experience with SaaS security solutions and tooling (Salespoint).
* Strong understanding of IAM processes, governance and operational maturity.
* Ability to manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery against programme objectives.
* Financial services experience (preferred).
