As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll work closely with customers to help them get real value from our products. You’ll build strong relationships, drive product adoption, and play a key role in retaining and growing accounts.
What You’ll Do
* Build trusted relationships with customers and support their success
* Help customers maximise value and achieve their goals
* Proactively manage accounts to maintain satisfaction and reduce churn
* Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to grow revenue
* Monitor account health, usage, and key metrics
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
* Forecast revenue and highlight risks and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
* 1+ year in a customer-facing B2B role (SaaS/tech a plus)
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
* Comfortable working with data, metrics, and CRM tools
