Responsible for carrying out installation, commissioning, servicing, repair and programming of equipment of a specialised nature e.g. telephony, VOIP, call centre, intercoms and paging Systems. Advert We are seeking a Telecommunications Technician to work in our Estates Department who will carry out all tasks relating to the hospitals telecom system. Tasks will include all maintenance and repair aspects associated with the telecom system including but not limited to replacing handsets, moving telephone line, installation of new lines and fault diagnoses and repair of faults on the system Ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. Taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment. You must possess good organisational and team working skills and have the ability to work unsupervised.
