This role forms an essential part of our Building Division and offers excellent long-term career development on a major, high-profile healthcare scheme. Working closely with the Senior Site Engineer and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for surveying, setting out, and coordinating a range of technical site activities. You will bring strong competence in working with Robotic Total Stations and related surveying equipment, alongside a solid understanding of construction drawings and the ability to provide clear technical guidance to site teams. Requirements: We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree or HND in Building Engineering, supported by proven experience in a similar setting-out or engineering role. A full UK driving licence is essential. Additional qualificationssuch as CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, and experience with AutoCAD or temporary works coordinationwill be considered advantageous.
