Key Account Manager – Respiratory (Primary & Secondary Care) - Sussex and Surrey UK | Key Accounts | Respiratory We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead strategic respiratory accounts across Primary and Secondary Care within defined Local Health Economies. This is a high-impact, senior commercial role for someone who understands how to shape healthcare systems, influence senior NHS stakeholders, and drive sustainable growth through partnership-led solutions. The Role As the single point of contact for key customers, you’ll: Drive growth of a leading respiratory portfolio across Primary and Secondary Care Shape and manage Local Health Economies through strategic partnerships Develop and deliver robust key account and business plans Lead engagement with ICBs, Health Boards, PCNs, Practice Clusters, and secondary care decision-makers Identify and deliver commercial opportunities, including agreements and tenders Build and manage senior KOL relationships across the LHE Support formulary access, guideline inclusion, and pathway development Deliver KPIs including sales, NPS, project delivery, and customer satisfaction Act as the voice of the customer and a trusted respiratory partner Operate fully in line with the ABPI Code of Practice About You Exceptional knowledge of the NHS and local health economy dynamics Proven success in key account management and commercialising pharma products Strong respiratory disease and product knowledge Confident influencing senior decision-makers and shaping complex accounts Highly skilled in business planning, data interpretation, and proposal development Commercially astute with experience in procurement and tender processes Digitally confident with strong analytical capability ABPI qualified Full UK driving licence Why Apply?
