Main duties of the job

About You
As a Registered Nurse at HC-One, you will build on your skills in a nurse-led environment, developing decision-making and collaboration. You will support Residents at vulnerable times and guide life-changing decisions. You will have a valid PIN and be committed to the NMC standards. You will mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, and may provide support as a practice supervisor and assessor to students. You will communicate effectively and role model professional behaviours. You will advocate a person-centred approach to care and understand safeguarding responsibilities. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training and undertake additional related training as needed.
