Job Opportunity: Employment Lawyer at Zen
Location: London (Oval), flexible
Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £80,000 - 100,000
Our Mission
We aim to create a world where teachers and schools no longer waste time with expensive agencies. Zen enables them to connect reliably and focus on what truly matters — our children! UK schools spend over £2bn annually on short-term supply teachers, relying on inefficient, paper-based processes through agencies. We are transforming this marketplace into a digital platform, akin to Uber for supply teachers, saving hundreds of millions and positively impacting education. Backed by high-profile investors and led by experienced startup veterans, we recently raised $37 million in Series B funding, the largest in European EdTech this year. Join us to make a difference in a rapidly expanding startup in the UK and US markets.
