Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who would enjoy working with young people, primarily aged 16-18, to fill this varied and rewarding post. Enrichment and extra-curricular activities form an important aspect of students’ learning and helps them to become ‘career ready’.
Working alongside managers and curriculum teams, you would design, develop and implement the cross-college enrichment programme for all students, and will play a key role in promoting the enrichment provision across the College. You will gather feedback from students and will monitor, record and measure the impact of the enrichment activities.

* Work with managers and curriculum teams to support enrichment and extra-curricular activities.
Skills and Qualities
* Be pro-active, enthusiastic, and a team player who enjoys liaising with students and staff across the College.
* Communicate confidently with students and staff, and have the ability to enthuse and motivate others and encourage participation in events and activities.
* Be willing and able to work flexibly when required, including travelling between campuses when required.
Details
* As the postholder will be starting mid-year (after 1st September), the salary will be pro-rated from the start date to the end of this academic year (31st August 2026). This ensures that the correct entitlement to pay and holiday pay relative to the portion of the year worked. Salary will change to the full amount (i.e. not pro-rated) from 1st September 2026.
