Overview
Join our team as a Customer Advisor at B&Q in Llanelli. Shifts are available Monday to Sunday, 6.00am – 10.00pm. This is a 3 month fixed term contract, part time – 19 hours per week, with a UK notional hourly rate of £12.71.

What's the job?
Join our team and become an expert advisor—an inspiration as well as a guide. You’ll get to know every customer and their home improvement projects. Responsibilities include:
* Sales and upselling
* Managing stock
* Setting up displays
* Ensuring the store looks great
* Potential training in paint-mixing and cutting timber
* Providing outstanding customer service as your main aim
What We Need
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Happy to help, eager to learn and passionate about home improvement
* Friendly, outgoing and energized by helping others
* Open to using new technology and learning new ways of working
* Great at working in a team and flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays
