HGV Auto Electrician needed in Billingham:
1. Basic salary c. £35,802.
2. OTE of c. £40,000.
3. 45 hours per week.

Our client, a market leading commercial vehicle business, is seeking an Auto Electrician to join their team in their busy Billingham branch.
What will the successful Auto Electrician do?
7. Diagnose and repair electrical faults on HGVs
8. Install, maintain, and repair vehicle wiring systems and electrical components
9. Work on lighting systems, indicators, and electrical braking systems
10. Service and repair starters, alternators, and battery systems
11. Diagnose and fix faults with ECU systems
12. Install and configure telematics, tracking devices, and cameras
13. Maintain and repair air conditioning electrical systems
14. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and vehicle standards
15. Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot issues
16. Prepare vehicles for MOT by checking and repairing electrical faults
17. Work from wiring diagrams and technical manuals
18. Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
The successful MET Technician will have:
19. Level 2 qualification or equivalent (NVQ/City & Guilds).
20. A “can do” attitude and the ability to overcome problems.
21. Significant experience installing electrical items to vehicles.
22. Full UK Driving Licence.

23. Basic salary c. £35,802.
24. OTE of c. £40,000.
