We are the multi skilled hands-on practical support that helps our colleagues deliver services to our customers. We work with customers who are at risk of homelessness, complex mental health or learning disability, across a mix of properties and grounds. As our handy person, you’ll spend much of your time working across several different services and out in the community. You have * A team player with a can-do attitude and enthusiasm. * General maintenance know-how, a bit of carpentry, basic plumbing and confidence with a paintbrush or broom * Comfortable working and communicating with people from all walks of life. * Ability to use technology to log day to day information and process orders. * To get from A to B, you’ll need a valid driving licence and a vehicle insured for business purposes.
