A growing UK based business located in Redditch are currently recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join their team. This role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role is offering a fixed day shift and will also offer an early finish every Friday, however regular overtime can be offered, paid at a premium rate.
Responsibilities/Requirements of the role:
* Prepare surfaces for painting
* Apply paint finishes using spray guns and relevant equipment
* Mix paints to required specifications
* Inspect finished work to ensure high-quality standards
* Maintain spray booths and equipment in safe working condition
* Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
