NXTGEN are pleased to be working with a well-established regional law firm in their search for an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property team based in Lowestoft on a maternity cover basis. This Conveyancer role will see you joining a structured and supportive team, managing a steady caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The successful Conveyancer will play a key role in maintaining workflow across the team during this period, handling their own caseload while working closely with colleagues to ensure transactions continue to progress efficiently. Working within a busy and collaborative environment, this role offers the opportunity to step into an established caseload with immediate responsibility.
