Position
Salary: £30 - 35K per annum OTE, including departmental bonus, (DOE)
Location: English Ford, Tower Park, Poole
Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 08:00 a.m. - 06:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Saturday rota: Every other Saturday, 08:00 a.m. - 01:00 p.m.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Flagship site, Ford Main Dealer in English Ford, Poole.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
As a Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in managing the customer journey through the aftersales process, ensuring every customer receives the highest level of care and professionalism from start to finish.
You'll join a successful, motivated, and supportive Aftersales Team, working with one of the UK's most trusted automotive brands - Ford.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for all aftersales and service enquiries.
Deliver a first-class customer experience in line with Ford standards.
Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work.
Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain customer authorisation.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Raise invoices, collect payments, and process paperwork accurately.
Provide clear and professional updates to customers throughout the repair journey.
Help the dealership achieve customer satisfaction targets and departmental KPIs.
Uphold Ford's commitment to quality, transparency, and trust.
Requirements:
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
An experienced Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor / Customer Service Advisor (automotive background preferred, but not essential)
Confident, professional, and well-organised with excellent communication skills
A natural problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude
Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy dealership environment
Driven by success, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations
