Team Leader – Complex Needs Service Salary: £15.25 per hour Hours: 38 hours per week (Days) – 30 hours on the floor / 8 hours supernumerary Contract: Permanent (full-time or part-time) Driving: Full UK driving licence essential (community access required) Team Leader – Lead, Shape & Build a Brand-New Service Join SDR Care as a Team Leader and play a key role in launching and shaping a brand-new specialist service from the ground up. You will support a young individual with autism, a learning disability, ADD, and episodes of dysregulated behaviour, ensuring a safe, structured, and empowering transition into their new home. This is a leadership role where you will not only deliver hands-on support but also guide, mentor, and develop your team, helping to establish consistent, high-quality, person-centred care from day one.
