Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
Work Arrangement: Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation
Responsibilities
* Manage cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
* Handle child arrangements and parental disputes
* Advise on TOLATA matters
* Draft legal documents and client correspondence
* Represent clients in court when required
* Deliver clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal
* Proven experience in family law
* Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
* Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
* Proactive, client-focused approach
