What you'll do
* Support delivery of people strategy and HR KPIs (absence, retention, turnover).
* Advise managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Manage ER cases, absence, and occupational health referrals.
* Advise and lead TUPE transfers
* Ensure HR systems and data are accurate and compliant.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training compliance.
* Promote diversity, engagement, and well-being initiatives.
* Collaborate on resource planning and community outreach.
* Participate in HR projects and cross-site activities.

Skills & Experience
* Proven HR advisory experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge of employment legislation
* Experience with HR systems
* Organised, practical, and solution-focused
Qualifications
* CIPD qualification Level 5 (essential)
* HR experience in a fast paced industry (essential)
