About the Role
The Mortgage Client Officer plays a key role in connecting customers with the company’s expert financial services team. Acting as the first point of contact, you’ll build relationships, understand individual needs, and ensure customers are guided seamlessly through the mortgage process.
This is a role where your ability to engage, listen, and build trust will directly contribute to generating new business opportunities and maximising customer satisfaction.
Mortgage Client Officer Key Responsibilities
* Manage all remortgage leads, ensuring emails, calls and follow-ups are carried out within agreed timescales to maximise appointments.
* Accurately track booked appointments, client updates, and database removals.
* Maintain regular contact with adviser clients, supporting them through their nurture journey until they are ready to proceed.
* Collaborate with the Financial Services BDM to ensure structured follow-ups and client engagement.
* Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial products and services in line with customer needs.

Mortgage Client Officer Desired Skills & Experience
* GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
* Experience within financial services or strong understanding of financial products.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
* Customer-focused with a positive, professional approach.
* Previous administration and/or soft sales experience.
