Your Responsibilities
As a Building Surveyor, you'll have the opportunity to visit and inspect residential and commercial sites, focusing on PPMs, defect inspections, and project work. Attention to detail is crucial, and you'll be expected to manage projects from start to finish.
Qualifications We Seek
We're looking for individuals with:
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office.
6. A UK university degree, preferably in surveying or a construction-related field. If you have a non-cognate degree and relevant experience, we're eager to talk to you.
7. A strong personality and a wealth of knowledge. CAD skills are a bonus.
