Talent Partner – Contract (12 Months)
£70,000 to £80,000 DOE
Fully remote | Ad hoc travel to London, Harrogate, or Coventry

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead talent acquisition in a business transitioning from traditional industry roots to a product-led, tech-driven model. You will report to the CEO and HR Manager and will own end-to-end hiring across product, data, engineering, and commercial functions.
The Talent Partner will:
1. Lead direct hiring for 10-12 critical roles across QS, tech, product, sales, and data.
2. Partner with hiring managers to refine job briefs and shape the recruitment process.
3. Own sourcing, headhunting, and candidate engagement across multiple channels.
4. Support EVP, employer branding, and candidate experience initiatives.
5. Influence onboarding, diversity, and hiring workflow improvements alongside HR.
You will bring:
1. 4+ years of strong agency or in-house recruitment experience, confident in fast-paced environments, with a focus on construction and quantity surveying roles.
2. Proven success in hiring technical and commercial roles.
3. A proactive, hands-on sourcing style—you don’t wait for candidates to come to you.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at senior levels.
5. Experience shaping hiring processes and tooling (ATS, workflows, data).
6. A commercial mindset and passion for building teams with long-term impact.
