As a Deputy Room Leader, you’ll support the Room Leader in maintaining structure, quality, and consistency within the room. Before You Apply This role requires recent experience in a nursery or early years setting. A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential. Applicants must be confident supporting a room and stepping into leadership responsibilities when required.
