Base pay range
£80,000 - £85,000 plus discretionary bonus
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and develop our Projects and Program team, including Project Managers and Project Coordinators
* Define and execute best working practices and roll out Playbooks of defined and proven practices and workflows to ensure service excellence
* Responsibility for driving continuous improvement of project management processes and practices
* Hands on management and delivery of key customer projects
* Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through delivery of projects to the agreed cost, time, scope, quality and security constraints
* Provide monthly project pipeline / utilisation data to support effective business decisions
* Proactively manage customer relationships to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
* Provide regular, accurate and timely client reporting to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
* Establish regular, clear and consistent channels of communication at all levels within the organisation.
Skills and Experience
* Experience in managing a Project Management team within the IT Services space is essential
* Project management qualifications such as Prince2 are essentialProven success in technical project delivery
* An advanced level of technical knowledge, especially with Data Centers, surrounding Networking, Storage, Infrastructure and Architecture
* Experience of leading multiple projects at the same time
* Ability to build relationships with team members across the business
* Experience of strategic/operational leadership within a growing SME would be highly advantageous.
