Full-time hours
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
3. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences.
6. Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the executive.
7. Perform personal errands and tasks as required.
8. Maintain filing systems and ensure records are up to date.
