You'll join as
Senior Digital Marketing Manager
, leading a team of five to drive acquisition, engagement and retention.
That means you'll need to be just as comfortable setting strategy as you are rolling your sleeves up to make things happen – whether that's writing sharp content, optimising app-store listings, refining Amazon PPC, or digging into performance data to grow your user base.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and deliver integrated campaigns to grow the app's user base and overall digital presence
Own digital growth channels – email, app-store optimisation, content, paid media, e-commerce, Amazon PPC, SEO, social and more
Shape the app and brand story, increasing awareness across UK and international markets
Manage, mentor and motivate a cross-functional marketing team and external agency partners
Use data and insights to refine customer journeys, test new channels, and maximise ROI
Lead on budget management, reporting and long-term marketing direction for digital products
Collaborate with product, tech, sales and customer service to ensure users remain front and centre
What You'll Bring
7+ years of B2C marketing expertise — including proven success driving adoption of a digital service or app
Confidence leading teams and agencies, while staying hands-on yourself
Depth across digital performance marketing, content, app-store optimisation and growth strategy
A commercial mindset, spotting opportunities to scale user numbers and revenue
Strong communication skills, able to tell the "why" behind a product and inspire action
