We have an opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our well-established team, playing a key role within our UK-based operations. The position is based at our studios in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
The role involves acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, the project management team, and our artwork studio. Responsibilities include collating key information onto our servers and MIS, and managing artwork approvals through multiple client online approval systems.

Role Summary:
* Receive, interpret, and collate all elements needed for the artwork studio brief.
* Liaise with the Project Manager to create records on the internal information system.
* Estimate and collate costs for artwork, repro, and retouching.
* Monitor and chase artwork through client information systems, aligning with critical paths and printer deadlines.
* Act as ‘gatekeeper’ within the client information system, communicating with stakeholders to resolve issues with artwork comments.
* On receipt of comments, brief back amendments/approvals, ensuring clarity and understanding before conveying to the studio.
* Provide feedback to assist the Studio Manager in assessing information quality.
* Support other accounts’ workloads when needed.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
1. Book and collate elements onto the client system.
2. Distribute work and book onto the internal system following the artwork brief.
3. Monitor and chase artwork approvals via email and phone.
4. Update the Project Manager regularly on queries and on-hold jobs, following up accordingly.
5. Brief back amendments to the studio, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
6. Escalate issues to the Head of Operations.
7. Provide reporting data as required.
