What You'll Be Doing: Managing a portfolio of high-stakes High Court cases in Property, Risks, and Coverage. Delivering strategic, technical advice on complex indemnity, liability, and causation issues. Drafting high-quality legal pleadings and attending hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings. Building strong relationships with insurer clients and stakeholders. Collaborating with experts, including in complex medical-related cases. Leading, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team. Supporting business development and client growth initiatives. What We're Looking For: A qualified solicitor (ideally at Associate level or above) with a proven track record in litigation. Experience advising on indemnity, liability, and quantum issues. Skilled in handling complex evidence, with experience in medical/legal claims a plus. Excellent drafting, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
