Job Title: Occupational Therapist Band: 6 Location: Horsham, Sussex Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our NHS client in Horsham, Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive team environment, delivering high-quality care across community and/or acute settings. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions to adults with a variety of physical, cognitive, and functional needs. Support patients in regaining independence and improving quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and person-centred care. Contribute to discharge planning, reablement, and community integration. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in service audits and development. Supervise junior staff and students as required. Qualifications & Experience Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in acute or community settings at Band 6 level (or equivalent) Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable for community roles) How to Apply If your experience aligns with this role, apply today!
