Role Responsibilities
* Prepare and assist in creating dishes using local produce
* Work directly under the Chef de Partie
* Assist team members in your section to maintain high standards
* Collaborate with senior team members to develop your skills and knowledge
Candidate Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
* Food Hygiene Certifications
* Good written and spoken English
* Flexible attitude and team player
* Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
* Passion for the industry and attention to detail
* Knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
