Your mission
As an enthusiastic Senior Sales Development Representative (SSDR), your goal is to acquire new business for Intigriti together with our committed Account Executives (AEs).
You own the beginning of the full sales cycle, responsible for qualifying and prospecting both inbound and outbound opportunities to build our pipeline. You are hugely ambitious, resilient, resourceful, and driven to work collaboratively to help shape the future of the Cybersecurity industry.
We will provide you with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with plenty of opportunities to build your career.
This role will be hybrid, with 3 days based out of our London (Old Street) office.
What you’ll be doing
* Identify, research, and source new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, targeting prospects across Enterprise and Mid-Market segments.
* Collaborate with AEs to deliver the new business activity plan and build a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for conversion and closure.
* Manage and respond to your target list of prospective clients using cold calling, LinkedIn, and email. Leverage lead management and video-conferencing software to communicate efficiently, applying our sales methodology to set up qualified meetings for AEs.
* Understand your prospects’ current situation and identify clear needs or challenges to effectively communicate the value of Intigriti’s offerings.
* Research and collaborate with AEs and SDRs to understand our market, industry trends, and client personas to create relevant and influential messaging and sequences.
What you’ll bring
* Experience in SaaS Sales Development supporting AEs in selling platform products (SaaS, recurring revenue) to Enterprise and Mid-Market across various industries.
* At least 2 years of experience as an SDR.
* Proven background in a SaaS company; familiarity with software security, ethical hacking, or bug bounty platforms is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, curiosity, question-asking ability, and confidence in handling objections.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, valuing efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Self-awareness and active listening skills to genuinely understand client needs, with a human and empathetic approach to building rapport.
* Ambition to pursue a career in sales, proactive attitude, and willingness to collaborate and learn.
